Road Safety Technology proves its importance!
After a full year of review, STAT EMS has achieved a 96% driving compliance of its Paramedic's, EMT's and Non-Emergency Transport personnel.
Each ambulance and wheelchair van is equipped with Road Safety technology or "black boxes". These black boxes monitor speed, seatbelt, force and over speed counts.
A committee was initially established and daily reports generated to provide feedback to their personnel. After a full year and continuous 7 months STAT has achieved a 96% compliance rate.
"We are pleased with our dedicated workforce. The safety of our crews and public are top priority", says Joseph Karlichek, Vice President - Operations.
